Born June 4, 1887 in St. Louis, Mo., son of Benjamin F. and Amanda Allen Crow. At age of 12 family moved to Keokuk, Iowa where he graduated from Keokuk High School, became assistant General Secretary of Keokuk YMCA, membership Secretary, Colorado Springs, Colo.
